ⓘ The validation process for the Performance Review form takes place in two steps:
- First, the manager validates the form (after the interview with the employee and once both parties have completed all fields in the form)
- Then the employee validates the form (after reviewing the form)
- The form is then validated (it is no longer accessible for modification)
Your collaborator/manager is unable to validate their form?
Please ensure that:
- The form status is "in progress"
- All mandatory fields are filled in
The sum of the objective percentages equals 100%
Illustrations of cases:
Case No. 1 :
- Go to the widget "My follow-ups"
- Using the colour codes, make sure your form status is "in progress"
Case No. 2 :
- Fields that have been correctly completed appear in blue
- Fields you need to complete appear in red (a window appears if you try to validate the form without all fields being filled in)
- Click the submit button to validate the form
- Click the icon to exit the form
Case No. 3 :
- Ensure that the sum of the objective percentages equals 100%
