As an HR, here is how you should add a collaborator to an active Performance Review campaign:
Step 1: Access the campaign: [Article link]
Step 2: Add the collaborator
- Go to the "Population" section and click "Add a population"
- Search for the name of the collaborator you wish to add
- Click on the collaborator's row to access actions related to them
- Click on "Choose an action" and then on "Add"
- Once added, a confirmation notification will appear
