As an HR, here is how you can add a group of employees to an active Performance Review campaign:
Step 1: Access the campaign: [Article link]
Step 2: Add a population
- On the field “Population” click “Add a population”
- Click “Advanced” to access the group criteria
- Click “New Criteria” and go to “Key Properties” to enable quick group selection
- Display the selected key property; if it contains subcategories, choose the one(s) you need
- Click “Add” then scroll down
- Check the box that allows you to select the group
- Click “Save”
- Fill in the required fields
- Click “OK” to confirm your choices
- Click on "Choose an action" and "Add" to add the population to the campaign
